One of the four kings with the title 'Herod', a later king of Israel in New Testament times, was not known for his overly-kind nature either. When both of them died, they shared something in common with each other.

They were both eaten by lesser life forms. Jezebel was eaten by dogs and Herod was eaten by worms.

Umm, Actually, Mary Magdalene was never stated to have been a prostitute in the Bible. The misconception originated from a 591 AD sermon by Pope Gregory I, which inaccurately conflated her with other unnamed "sinful" women in the Gospels.
