Why is there a separate "FLOW CHART" for the nurse/health office?
This is part of the Safe Return to School plan for Lakeville Schools. It helps the nurse/health office focus on students that NEED care. It also helps minimize the amount of OHE students that are visiting the nurse for matters that can be handled in the classroom.
