What's the name of our food program? What meals do we serve?

What is an In-Kind and what do we use them for?
A document that displays parent involvement or donations (act of service) for our program such as homework, pick up/drop off, meetings, donation of clothes.
We use in-kinds as a financial asset for our program. We receive a sum of money for every minute that families and people in our community donate their time / resources to our program.

What is the EHS to HS transition process?
Start 6 months prior to child's third birthday. Communicate with teachers, management, family advocates, and family about child's transition
Rescreening of ASQ / ASQ SE ON 3rd Birthday
Family enrolls child in to HS program
Slowly visit the classroom for familiarity over a 2 week period
Family focus meeting for all parties involved.
If family does not qualify, child is switched to a 6hr schedule (if applicable) or to home-based childcare.
Child can remain in EHS room post 3rd birthday for 3 months.

In what ways do we prepare children & their families for Kindergarten transition? (Kindergarten Readiness)
Teachers communicate with families, family advocates, and school district to confirm which school child will attend elementary school.
In a non-Covid year, child will visit the school and teacher to learn about classroom, school, and what to expect.
Kindergarten readiness -- work on needed skills all year, send home kindergarten readiness packets, WILL books, and calendar activities.
