In order to help with that, we would have sent you an initial email that same day highlighting the perks of the Club, as well as 6 additional emails reminding you of your membership. In addition, on the last email you would have received there would have been a button asking you if you wanted to cancel before the next payment. Due to those reasons I am not able to offer a refund, but as I mentioned you do still have complete access for the next year to all the amazing cruise benefits we have shared with you previously."
