Many weather stations warned many people that on March 31, 2023 that there was a bad weather outbreak.

The Enhanced Risk (3/5) got pushed deeper into multiple places.

We got put under a Tornado Watch

Because of favorable conditions needed to support these types of weather.

A subtropical cyclone went over Kansas and a few other states

Because of conditions favorable for long-track tornadoes and other severe weather.

A watch is issued when conditions are favorable and you need to look out.

Mr Richards told me that my Dad cancelled my ABA therapy ahead of severe weather.
