We are aiming for 2 counselors (1 companion and 1 group) to every 5-6 participants to prevent isolation and counselor burnout.
Zara has dyslexia and does not enjoy writing. During Ignite, she does not want to participate in the activity because she feels she is bad at it. What do you do as CF?
Writing is not the only way to communicate! Nearly every activity can be modified to include different communication styles: drawing, writing, etc.
