Assume he has a dislocated shoulder and refer him to the emergency room, no ambulance needed. If the athlete feels comfortable, apply a sling

Does the light bother your eyes, Does sound bother you, Do you know where you are, How did you hit your head, Do you have a headache or feel nauseous?

A basketball player has a rolled ankle. What treatment should be given and what materials are needed?

Wrap ice around the ankle with a tensor-bandage and secure with tape. Elevate the ankle and have the athlete sit close to the ground so if they faint, it isn't a big fall.

Remember that field hockey player with a nose bleed? It's 15 minutes later and her nose is still bleeding. What should you do? And if you need materials, which ones?
