What is Belonging?

What is ageism?
The design of products, devices, services, environments, technologies, policies and rules in a way that allows all people—including people with a various disabilities—to access them.
What is Accessibility?
Social, behavioural, or psychological conditions within the workplace or the work we do that have the potential to negatively affect our psychological and physical health.
What are Psychosocial Hazards?
Referring to a group of gender diverse people as 'guys', 'boys', or 'dudes'.
What is gender discrimination/genderism/sexism?
The use of the cultural elements of a historically marginalized or oppressed group of people, done by people from another culture, in a manner that is seen as inappropriate (for laughs, costumes, profit etc.).
What is Cultural Appropriation?
While it encourages a safe environment, psychological safety does NOT mean eliminating this "A-word" for performance.
What is accountability?
After applying for 100s of jobs without being invited for an interview, a person changes their name on their resume to sound stereotypically Caucasian. They are now regularly receiving invitations to interview for various jobs.
