This North American insect is an insect that people are not grossed by and think its very beautiful.This insect feeds on the milkweed plant which provides the insect with leaves,sap and nectar.In autumn,the ones who live west of the Rocky Mountains migrate to coastal California while the east of the Rockies fly south to Michoacán,Mexico in a small highland area, they do this hibernate during the winter.After hibernation, they mate and lay their eggs and die.Then when the next generation hatches, they'll fly back to their parent's place of birth,breed and lay their eggs, then the cycle continues.
