I will never forget her helping to organize my surprise baby shower ❤ she did such a beautiful job (it was dual shower for May too!) and I loved it so much. Will miss her!!

One personal memory if it's ok to include is when she visited New York after I had just moved out and having lunch with her and Avi. It was after she had transitioned over to the revops team as well so it was good to just hang out and catch up outside of work 🙂

My favorite memory of Kathy is the day she started in her current role as Rev Ops Manager. Literally from Day 1, she came in with process improvement ideas to better scale and uplevel the team. She has done nothing but make my Autodesk life easier and more enjoyable.

One of my favorite memories with Kathy was carpooling to the office together. We had a wonderful conversation, getting to know each other better and sharing personal stories.

One of my silliest memories with Kathy was when we both wanted to go to this office speaking event just for the Vietnamese coffee and spring rolls

And it was DELICIOUS

Maybe not my 'favorite' memory, but definitely a memorable one, and a huge contribution to the team, was when Kathy figured out that we were double prorating co-term orders for the SSP calc after RAR go-live. We couldn’t figure out why our differences were so large, and Kathy took it upon herself to figure it out. I specifically remember her coming over to me in the office to tell me what she found, and I remember the lightbulb coming on in my head. Such an “ah ha” moment.

She also was imperative in getting it fixed with so much back and forth to explain it to the engineers. Her follow-through was impeccable, and we now have a solution that works!

Coming into the office on Wednesdays and going out for coffee and boba! Always would look forward to a little treat when going into the office. Also all the good chats we've had, over our 1-1s and during company events and offsites
