You are sitting at the desk as RAOD and a resident comes up to tell you there is liquid on the floor right by the front desk.
Offer the resident some paper towels or ask them to clean it up. If bodily fluids are present or the water is more than a gallon, call CDOC.
You are walking back to your room after a late class (after 7pm) and can smell cannabis coming from a room in your wing. You have an exam to study for...
Call RAOD to come assist with handling the situation so you can study. When RAOD arrives, they will follow through with protocol

Then have the resident who's room needs to be accessed email CDOC or building CD granting that student permission to enter their room to retrieve the item. Then, escort the resident to the room.
You get woken up by the duty phone when a resident tells you there's a leak coming from the AC
Ask them to leave a trash can under the leak and help them fill out a maintenance request. Call CDOC for permission to call out to EOC
You just arrived home and see someone wrote a slur on your whiteboard.
Take a photo and do not remove it. Call UAPD so they can come document the incident. Call CDOC to share the information and to assist with student follow-up/impact as needed
You and your duty partner are on rounds. When you get out of the elevator on the 3rd floor you see several puddles of a liquid leading to the front door of a resident room.
After knocking on the door you gain entry to the room and see two residents trying to keep their friend upright who is clearly very intoxicated.
What is the order of phone calls you will make?
1. UAPD/EMS to get the resident medical attention
2. Front desk to inform them UAPD will be coming and 1 of RAOD is going downstairs to escort everyone upstairs.
3. CDOC - give student's information and whether the student will be transported.
4. Call EOC to clean the vomit from the elevator lobby/hallway
