Why might an employer prefer someone with a growth mindset even if they don't already know how to do everything required for the job?
Because someone with a growth mindset is willing to learn, accept feedback, practice new skills, improve from mistakes, and keep trying when something is difficult.
You arrive at an interview and notice another person applying for the same job seems more experienced than you. What should you do?
Stay confident, focus on your own strengths, answer the questions honestly, and show the interviewer why you would be a good person for the job.
