How can clients setup auto pay to their credit card accounts? 

Customers may request to automatically pay their PNC credit card each month. There are two options to do this:

  • The customer can set up a recurring funds transfer in Online Banking (amount becomes immediately available)
  • The customer can request an Auto Pay packet and complete and return the request (must contact Consumer Credit Card Customer Care Center)
