What is a talk-out?
What is blurting something out while staff are instructing or during quiet work time (this can look like making a complaint, offering a comment about the activity, arguing, negotiating, asking for something without out raising your hand, telling someone else what to do)

Lunch expectations
At the start of lunch, grab a fruit and veggie for your plate (3 veggies, and a scoop of fruit at least!)
The first 5 minutes and last 5 minutes of lunch should be quiet with your voices off. You may ask peers and staff to pass sides/toppings, but voices should be off otherwise.
When voices are turned off, keep the volume at an acceptable level.

Faulty thoughts: blaming myself or something/someone else (blame game, change already! It's all your fault, I'm always right)
