What is:

-Laptops are MPS property, you do not own them

-Treat the laptop respectfully

-Only go to things on your computer you are supposed to be on

-CMS staff can take the laptop away if not used correctly

What is:

Check with the teacher before the absence if you know you will be gone to see what you will miss. If you are sick, send the teacher an email asking what they missed. You get two days to make-up work for every day missed.

What is cheating is when you are looking up answers on a test, talking during a test, or looking at somebody else's answers? You CAN use notes on your tests. If you are caught cheating, you will get a 0, parents will be contacted, and you will get an office referral.

What is:

1. You can't go the first or last 5 minutes of class.

2. You are only supposed to use a restroom pass twice per hexter per each class.

3. You make a securly pass and send to the teacher when the teacher isn't teaching.

Cell phone expectations

What is cell phones need to have sound off and not visible. If they are visible teachers can take them without warning anywhere in school. If the student refuses to give the teach?er the phone, admin will come to take it to the office for the rest of the day

1. Get in line quietly

2. Teacher brings red safety bag

3. Teacher takes you to designated spot (downstairs in 8th grade area)
