Sign children in as they arrive with time of arrival.

When transitioning out of room (gym, outside, chapel) you must put location/time and then mark with a check, each child as you SEE them line up in hallway.  Then when you arrive, circle the check mark as you SEE each child in new location.

WHen leaving for day - sign them out with time and person who picked up.

**Don't forget to ID anyone you don't recognize and check on Procare.  When in doubt - call management.

What are the incident reporting steps?  WHen?  Steps? etc.

Anything that may result in a child leaving our school in a different fashion than they arrived must have an incident report.  Excessive, over the top behaviors need incident report too.

Must get management sign off on all incident reports!
