Designated Viewing Area on Deck (outdoor shoes must be removed) or Sitting along benches on the wall. Parents should not be sitting on any equipment stored along the side.

Preferably week before, but latest on the last day of lessons. Teams or email.

The lights go out in the pool, or we have a pool fouling during lessons, what do we do?

Grab the kids and get out of the pool, play water smart games. 

Do not let instructors dismiss the kids until we have confirmation about what is happening next. Find out how long we are going to be shut down and when pool can reopen.

When should we be printing sheets for the first day? How often do we re print? How often do we check to see if they need new ones?

Before the first class on the scheduled shift to do so, check every other week, reprint specific sheets as necessary.

1st Day - take attendance, determine who can and can't swim, start filling in worksheet

2nd Day - take attendance, continue filling in worksheet

3rd Day - take attendance, complete worksheet with all results, complete certificates to give to the teacher at end of session

- Help with equipment

- Teach a skill once in a while

- Assist bringing kids to classes

I am closing the pool because I feel I cant see the black disk on the bottom of the pool. Who needs to know about this? Who needs to be a part of the discussion before it gets to the point of needing to be closed? If there are lessons what needs to happen to ensure the participants are aware?
