What causes snow? Describe the process of both evaporation and condensation. You must include the molecules speed, space and attractions.

Water evaporates from lakes, rivers and oceans due to radiation. The water turns into a vapor or gas and evaporates into the clouds because the molecules overcame their speed, thus breaking their attractions to one another. Once in the clouds, the molecules slow down and increase their attraction for each other. This causes the vapor to turn into a liquid, which becomes heavy enough and turns into snow.
