Why is peaceful protesting a successful way to change government?
Because enough people come together to show the government that people want change. It shows that all the people would skip work/school etc because they care about something so much.
Federal: Defence, taxes, foreign affairs, immigration, federal law
State: Education, health, police and emergency services, state laws
Local: Local roads and footpaths, playgrounds, rubbish collection, pets and pet laws etc.
