• Reset the all-clear signal if there are no security issues.
• Close the folding walls, if applicable.

1)Retrieve the member's information in UAD.

2)Ask the member to verify the following:

Last four digits of social security number

Codeword, if applicable

Verify the member's responses based on the "Account Status" and "Acceptable Responses."

If responses are accurate, proceed to next step.
