A set is the number of times you perform the repetitions (reps) in a work out. A rep(repetition) is the number of times you execute an exercise.  For example, Billy did 3 sets of 10 repetitions.  This means Billy did 10 movements 3 separate times, totaling 30 repetitions all together.

The cardiovascular system is your heart, lungs and blood vessels and their ability to get oxygen into your body through your blood vessels.  The heart pumps the blood through the body, passing oxygen that the lungs breathe in to the different areas and into your muscles while simultaneously taking away the carbon dioxide that will is exhaled.
