Why is it important to research information about the company before my interview?
It's important to research the company because it shows that we are invested in the position. We are knowledgeable of the company's services.
What types of questions should I expect in the interview?
I will expect to be asked the reasons I'm interested in the job. I will need to tell them about my experience and what makes me a good fit for their company.
What if I applied for a position and I haven't heard anything yet but the position is still open?
I should wait about a week after I submitted my resume, then follow up with phone call. Face to face follow up is the best.

it is a careless mistakes, the majority of the mistakes we make are careless.

Print a copy of my resume to bring with me, try my clothes on to make sure it fits properly before the day of the interview and practice the interview questions with someone.
It's okay to say that I don't know the answer to the question or to ask them to say the question in a different way.
