Known as a Class in Knowledge Link, this refers to the specific days and times (and locations, if face-to-face) your Blended Courses will be held.
Offering
Security role that can access the learning reports dashboard and run reports (report runners in KL).
Learning Auditor
Known as eLearning or Online Item in Knowledge Link, this is on-demand, without an instructor-led component.
Digital Course
The role in Workday Learning for students, service providers, researchers, and others who do not use Workday for other HCM tasks but need access to Workday Learning.
Extended Enterprise User
Known as a Curriculum in Knowledge Link, this is a combination of related courses for which learners can search and register.
