What is "Unassigned"?
This is the equivalent of a "Project" in Practice
What is a "Task"?
This screen should be open in your internet browser all day everyday.
What is "My View"?
This should be completed as soon as you finish all your assignment on a task (in lieu of sending an email).
What is "Move Task"?
(sending an email is still okay this year)
This status is used after review points have been corrected, and the return is ready to go back to the reviewer.
What is "Closed Review Points"?
These drive the due dates, and generally include the federal and state returns.
What are "Deliverables"?
This allows you to run reports based on a wide array of filters.
What is "Advanced Search"?
Little magnifying glass at the top right of the screen
This should be done once the task is ready to be moved to the next status. Specifically at these points: Info Received By/Scanned By, Prepared By, First Reviewed By, Final Reviewed By, and Processed By.
What are "Sign Offs"?
This is the only status that a task cannot be moved to.
What is "No Info In"?
These are created to ask questions, provide review comments, and/or provide general instruction about the client/task.
What are "Points"?
Typing an employee's name into this "advanced search" filter will allow you to view their "My View".
What is "Who has Task Active"?
This status is to be used when the task is no longer relevant (i.e., Partnership makes an S election, and we are no longer preparing a 1065).
What is "No Longer Task/To Be Deleted"?
(Please put in a Client Change form)
This is the newest status in Workflow
What is "To Be Processed"?
This is when the state extension follows federal, and no additional filing is required for the state extension
What is "Piggyback"?
You can use this search filter in "advanced search" to view all clients you are assigned to.
What is "Select Client/Entity By User"?
This "Requested Delivery Method" is used in the Shipping section to send something via SafeSend Returns.
What is "e-Delivery"?

This status is to be used when a client is disengaged or when we will no longer be doing work for them in any capacity (tax, attest, ESG).
What is "NLC" or "No Longer Client"?
(Please put in a Client Change form)
This shows all information about the task for a specific client (Staffing, Deliverables, Points, Signoffs, Etc.), and can be viewed by clicking on the clients name.
What is the "Routing Sheet"?
The Tax Team Meeting report is located in this tab under on your My View page
What is "Scheduler"?
This is used to create a one-off deliverable that will only appear on that client's task.
