To perform this exercise stand tall with feet together and arms resting straight at your sides.  Jump your feet out wider than shoulder-width. At the same time, swing your arms up in a wide arc until your hands nearly touch above your head.  Jump again to bring your feet and arms back together.  Repeat and maintain a smooth, steady rhythm.

To perform this exercise stand with your feet hip-width apart for balance, engage your core and keep your chest tall.  Take a big step forward with one foot. To perform this exercise bend your knees, squat down low, and plant both hands flat on the floor in front of you.  Kick or step your two feet straight back so your body is long and straight (PLANK). Jump or walk your feet forward toward your hands. Leap as high as you can into the air, reaching your hands up.

To perform this exercise get on the floor like a stiff, strong bridge with your hands under the shoulders (plank). Squeeze your tummy (core) and bottom tight. Lower your stiff body and until your chest is about 2 inches from the floor then press your body back up.
