Bills issued to customers to be paid
What is an invoice?
Can give discounts or tokens towards a variety of products
What is a credit note or gift certificate?
Guest room charges being paid by an external company
What is a Company Charge?
original docket that is printed on the EFTPOS machine and is not given to the customer
What is the merchant copy?
Document completed with all cash, EFTPOS, voucher payments used to work out how much has been taken in the service period
What is a Reconciliation sheet?
card is stamped or punched each time a purchase is made, customer receives free milkshake once they have purchased 9 items
What is a Loyalty card?
document with instructions from the account holder to the bank to provide someone with the amount specified not widely used anymore
What is a Cheque?
Special form of currency used by travellers who do not want to carry large amounts of cash
What is a Travellers cheque?
document completed when receiving the float before service
What is signing out the float?
Document to be taken with takings to be signed by person at payment window
What is a Deposit Slip?
