We have 3 tiers and each tier is a dollar amount corresponding with the amount of Wellness points accumulated in a calendar year
When will I see my Wellness points tracked online for My Activity Card?
Track minutes of exercise by selecting options from list of activities, or add your own custom workout.
50 Points will be awarded to your account by the 10th of the following month if you complete either 360 minutes of activity, or 165,000 steps.

You had your bi-annual dental cleaning, how do you earn points? How many points do you earn?
Filling out the Dental Proof of Form and sending it to Julie or Renee. You will receive 50 Wellness points.
Where can I find out about events or points opportunities?
Human Resources sends a weekly email with upcoming company and community events plus general health related information. This email is printed and posted on the wellness bulletin board.
How long has Workrite Canada been a part of our Wellness Program?
1 year (2018 was their first year).

They range from 2 weeks to a month long

How is the wellness credit paid?
The wellness credit is paid in the beginning of the calendar year for points earned the prior calendar year. It is paid via payroll as a wellness credit and is taxable. Employees must be employed at date of payout to receive credit.
