1. Induction: This is our resident's first meaningful action as part of the community. We will induct them into the H&S of our site. But more than that we will show them every nook and cranny.
2. Coffee: This allows new residents to meet each other and a couple of existing residents who will then be friendly faces in the community.
3.Community lunch! Last final push to welcome them to the community.
