Jesus was born without sin, thus Peter thought that he was the second Adam. Christ was seen as a prophet trying to reform Judaism. An important event in Jesus's life that we have to remember is that he drove the moneylenders out of the temple since he saw it as greedy and unjust. The second important event that we have to remember is that Jesus was hanged on a cross for his sins, known as the Crucifixion.
