I call people and use a prepared script to ask them to buy different products. I put their information in a computer and work in sales. I use skills in marketing and customer service.
Who is a Telemarketer?
I work in beauty salons, stores, hotels and hospitals, giving advice to customers about hair care. I use skills related to personal care (hair, facials, etc.) and customer service.
Who is a Hairstylist/Cosmetologist?
I schedule appointments, give information to callers, and organize files. My job also involves using computers and office equipment. I work in many different offices. I need to have an understanding of computer software and people skills.
Who is a Secretary?
I decide the best ways to use people, machines and materials to make a product. I usually work in large manufacturing plants with computers, machinery, graphs, and testing equipment.
Who is an Industrial Engineer?
I work cash registers in stores and restaurants counting money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of the day. I total bills, take money from customers, and give back change and receipts.
Who is a Cashier?
I enjoy working outdoors taking care of lawns, flower beds, bushes and trees. I work with different machines and use chemicals to help with plant growth.
Who is a Groundskeeper/Landscaper?
I install new parts and fix old parts on different vehicles. I work indoors with auto parts, industrial parts and power tools. I enjoy working with my hands to fix things.

I lead worship services for different religious groups, overseeing special ceremonies. I may also be asked to give advice and counsel people in hard times. I work with the community.

I design academic programs, hire and train teachers and school staff, and keep school records. I work at all levels of education to make sure the school is in order.

I take care of children when parents cannot be with them and I make sure kids are safe. I enjoy working with people and have patience for difficult customers.

I study blueprints and I use wood to build things for inside homes and other structures. I use skills in math, shop, and mechanical drawing.
Who is a Carpenter?
My work involves measuring ingredients, cooking food, and ordering supplies. I work in restaurants and my training is very specialized and I can complete different levels of education.
What is a Chef?
I help people buy, sell or rent homes, offices and industrial space. I use skills in business administration and finance to do my job.
Who is a Real Estate Agent?
I fill prescriptions for medications and help patients understand how to use their medication and possible side effects. I mix ingredients to different to make medicines when they are not already mixed by the drug companies.
Who is a Pharmacist?
I drive a vehicle that carries more than 20 people. I follow a schedule, collect money and tickets, and I work for the government. I have to have a commercial driver’s license.
Who is a Bus Driver?
I put mail in order and deliver it to people’s mailboxes. I sell stamps and money orders and work with letters, packages, and mail trucks. I must have a driver’s license and be a US Citizen.
Who is a Mail Carrier?
I enforce the laws, prevent and investigate crimes by getting evidence and doing interview, and I arrest people who break laws. I work for the city, state or local government.
Who is a Police Officer?
I select and introduce music, report news, weather, sports, and commercials. I also interview guests and report community activities. I work in a studio.
Who is a Radio/TV Announcer/Newscaster?
I have to know laws, rules and regulations to help clients know their rights. I also talk in court, interviewing clients and witnesses, and I use libraries and computers to help prepare me for court.
Who is a Lawyer?
I play sports for money and have to follow the rules of my sport. I train and practice hard, working with fitness equipment and sports teams.
Who is a Professional Athlete?
I fly around the country and the world. My responsibilities are to make sure passengers are safe and comfortable. I assist in times of emergency, and serve drinks, snacks, and meals to passengers during their travels.
Who is a Flight Attendant?
I design video games, their story lines and characters. I combine skills in computers and computer languages with creativity and art/animation.
Who is a Game Designer?
I study how societies use resources such as land, labor and natural resources. I also study how much things cost and how money is used so that I can help businesses make budgets. My salary is $44.50/hour.
