9.30pm at latest when a nurse is available.

We are responsible for our own triggers; I can respectfully request to turn off the show or just leave.

What are main distractions when someone is sharing? 

What is getting up and down, Digging thru art box, Side talking, shuffling thru papers, leaving the room (there is a bathroom in the back).

How long can I keep perishable items in my room? (Milk, Fruit, Pastries) 

Fruit within 24 hours, milk 1 hour, pastries within 4-6 hours.

What can I request extra phone time for? 

Legal, housing, DCFS, Sober living, Insurance, Family engagement (only thru primary counselor), Recovery support calls ie. Sponsor (with CRSS/ Primary supervision).

What time in the morning should i be at the nurses station to get my meds? 

Before first group (vitals are done on Saturday- be early)

Lights on, no food, feet off couch, no drinks, no lying down, no blankets, no pillows no sleeping

When should I be in the smoking area? 

Not during group time, only when smoking, only with 3 other peers at a time, 6.30am-9.30PM

How can I lose my cell phone privileges.

1. No daily reflection, 2. Missing group, 3. missing session 4. not turning in homework assignments, 5. return phone late from cell phone time, 6. being late to group each min late is one min off phone time. 7. Not listening to staff directive (phone time is a privilege not a right)

Who is in charge of modifying my medications? 

I am responsible to filling out form to see dr. caban for psych meds and Dr. Benjakul for medical issues to address my medications.
