What are master keys?

Residents document their information (Name, BUID#, Cell#, Room#/Tower, Key Core#) on this envelope before leaving in the ORL dropbox.
What is a key packet?
This is the latest a student at Warren Towers can sign up to stay in the residence hall. They cannot remain in the building beyond this point.
What is 10:00am on Monday, May 19, 2025?
This day/time marks the deadline to neatly hang and organize ORL closing bulletin board materials on RA floor boards.
What is Wednesday, April 30th at 11pm?
This day/date has a 12pm move-out time.
What is First Closing (Saturday, May 10th)?
This campus department is an essential component of May Closing, and helps prepare and reset rooms for the summer and fall?
What is Facilities Management & Operations?
This is an electronic form that students complete when turning in their room key when they move out.
What are Key Return Receipts?
24-hour quiet hours begin in all residences from [DATE/TIME] to [DATE/TIME] .
What is Thursday, May 1 at 5pm to Friday, May 9 at 5 p.m.?
Final day for programming in the residences.
What is Thursday, May 1st?
This form allows a student to sign up to stay past first closing, but no later than 10am on Final Closing.
What is an Extension Request?
This is the office that utilizes many residential buildings over the summer, including StuVi1, and West Campus. We typically see them around campus in May preparing buildings for the summer. Students can also sign up to work at this department over the summer?
What is EvCon (Events & Conferences)?
Taylor/ Leo would recommend the use of this lubricant for keys that get stuck in locks.
What is graphite?
Before disposing, ORL staff will call residents to confirm whether or not they want these [OBJECT].
What are items left behind?
Sunday, May, 4th is the final deadline for 2 significant RA responsibilities. These are: (be specific)
What are the deadlines for RAs to hold their final floor meetings and submit their final weekly report of the year (unless an urget situation arises)?
This is the period of time at the end of May that G/RAs can utilize to stay on campus past Final Closing.

What is the key core?
On Sat., May, 10th a resident tells you at 10:57am that they planned on staying until May 12th but you don't see an extension request sign on their door and they confirm they never submitted the application. These are my next steps as a RA.
What is tell the student to speak with a professional staff member in the Reslife Office?
This type of programming is allowed after the final day for programming in residence. Name the type of program and give 2 examples.

What are (goodie bags, sleep kits, candy/ food pick-up, light crafting, study breaks)?
Post finals, these staff members are scheduled for office shifts to support residents moving out. These staff members answer phones, assist with lockouts, sticky keys, and many, many, many, many "what is the keycore" questions.
