Meseta are long with irregular flows due to low precipitation
The south are both short and long, irregular flows
Cantabrian:
Rivers are short.
Abundant with regular flows, lot of precipitation.
Fast, because of short lengths and high volumes.
Cordillera cantabrica and the montes vascos are sources.
