How many outing per month are the youth allowed to attend to? Do medical or religious outings count?

One per month. Medical or religious outings do not count towards recreational outings.

How often can children receive phone calls?

All children are offered a minimum of 50 minutes of video call time Monday - Friday, and 45-minute calls on Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and birthdays.

Also available during any crisis.

What would you do if a child wants to tell you about some secret from his past?

If youth open up by himself, you never make him feel bad by telling him to be quiet or not to tell. Give him the option to speak to his clinician face to face or by phone call to clinician on call.
