What is the difference between a stakeholder and a shareholder?

A stakeholder is anyone that has an interest in the business. A shareholder is someone that owns shares in the company, and is also a stakeholder of the company.

What is the difference between an aim and an objective? Give an example.

A business aim is the overall long-term target or goal of the business, whereas business objectives are the short-term steps a business needs to take to meet its overall aims.
