What is changing with the Improved Facilities Ticket Process?

When multiple tickets are created for the same issue within a seven-day period, they will now be reviewed to identify trends and/or to work with suppliers for faster resolution. 

Tickets may be cancelled if:

  • A separate ticket for the same issue is already open
  • The item needed is store/DM orderable or already on order
  • The issue needs support by another team (Enterprise Help Desk, construction, etc.)

When tickets are cancelled, partners can view cancellations notes in My Daily. If it seems a ticket has been cancelled in error, a new ticket should be created with detailed notes.
