This policy stipulates that YONA Staff should not communicate with current YONA students with their personal accounts or phone numbers. It also requires discretion and professionalism when posting about their teaching.

This acronym allows us to identify which students can and cannot have their photo taken and posted to YONA social media. YONA staff should know which students are not allowed to be photographed/recorded.

This role is responsible for general operations, scheduling, and delivery of YONA programming, and they liaise with Winspear Leadership as an advocate of the program to guide, inform, and make recommendations for decision-making. All YONA teaching artists and site coordinators report to them and absence requests must be approved by this person. 

Who is the YONA Manager and/or Jacquie?

This three hour online training must be completed every year by every staff member.
