Which NEB Position did you wake up as?

Vice President for Creatives

For 100 pts, sige

Align my creative style with what is needed. I forgot the term, but sometimes your own creative style does not align with the theme of the event. You have to dial it down or up and focus on the brand kit. This is for the purpose of uniformity and consistency among the pubmats.

What kind of leader would you want to be?

I am a leader who likes to get the job done for the sole purpose of the success of the federation. But aside from that, I am a leader who is a team player, someone who listens, not just someone who simply gives instructions. I'd like my team to be understood, to be heard, and to help them bring out their strengths.

200

How come?

Truthfully, I was hesitant to answer this question because it's too far down the road. Because I don't see myself as an NEB yet, I took this opportunity to join the synergy training program to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.

200

Next naman is

Better communication between departments. From what I have observed, even the associates need proper coordination with one another, such as marketing, events & logistics, and especially the comms dept. With this, they can build better relationships with one another and create a more efficient way of doing the job, with, of course, supervision from the NEBs.

And...

Being a leader is sometimes intimidating for others. And I don't want the role to go over my head. My team should be able to feel that, in my space, their ideas are valued and their mistakes are room for improvement.

Why the VP for Creatives?

I wasn't supposed to be in Marketing Management in the first place; my first choice was education. Teaching was a passion of mine that I thought would be my career in the future. But I've changed a lot since then, and Marketing became a dream.

300 pts? lemme see

Provide more sessions with the creatives associates to teach them the fundamentals and principles of creating our publication materials, from the basics to complex styles of editing.

300

Then?

At the same time, I am a leader who takes accountability for my actions, which somestimes it's hard to admit. Despite the challenges, I want to keep morale high and work together towards our goal.

400

For 400 pts, i-continue natin yung last question. Why the VP for Creatives?

Marketing became a dream because I see my potential in editing publication materials, such as posters and videos. I have learned how powerful visual communication can be in bringing an organization’s vision to life.

Also, I chose Marketing because my sister influenced me, since she is very successful in this field.

Let's go 400 pts!!

I would still preserve the Craynees Essentials because it's very helpful, yes, very. With this, Craynees will have access to all collateral, including the content timeline and brand book, pre-event and post-event materials, rs/ct tracker, and many more. This ensures that all files and documents that the creatives associates may need are stored and organized properly for them to utilize.

And I will preserve the Craynees tradition tulad nung Skribbl and Holiday Pubmat Competition. I'd also like to create a Discord server so that we could still bond over online games and laugh over kwentuhan sessions.

What more?

Waking up as the Vice President for Creatives sure is fun, but I should also lead by example. I want to be an inspiration, a leader who serves to create lasting impact, a leader who isn't just another name in another position.

500

So? Bakit nga VP for Creatives?

Being Vice President for Creatives at the Philippine Junior Marketing Association is a position and a huge responsibility that I'd gladly take on to make an impact in the marketing community. Through visuals, I will deliver the federation's vision and mission while expressing our department's creativity to create experiences that people can connect with. Because behind every creative output, there's a story and a purpose.

500

I think ito yung pinaka important <3

Build a stronger bond with the team, kahit simpleng hang-outs after events, gala sa SM, or even cafe hopping, just to break the ice. I want the team to feel comfortable when they approach me and, of course, with respect pa rin and boundaries.

To conclude?

I recently learned that change is in the palm of our hands; it's within our grasp. And being part of the creatives department has taught me to embrace change. It taught me that creativity is never stagnant; it constantly evolves. For me, being VP for Creatives is an opportunity to turn change into something meaningful, something that inspires people, strengthens PJMA’s identity, and leaves an impact.
