This program only offers services from referrals for Foster Youth between ages 16-21 through DHS

She is your main contact. When You need to make a referral, have questions or want to connect with CPN, ILP or SYAP.
Who is Program Manager Dana Spears-Talbert?
A person who sees a problem happen, and who can choose to help or not help to stop the problem.

With multiple partners, this program provides enrichment opportunities that students may not have access to otherwise.
What is SUN/SHINE?
Students who are struggling in school because of Behavior Issues Homelessness Delinquent Behavior Individualized Education Plan (IEP), English Not Primary Language, Mental Health, and Family Issues.
Who are students referred to SYAP (Sun Youth Advocacy Program)?
