What is a comprehensive SF-MUH ordinance prohibiting the smoking of cannabis, tobacco, and e-cigarettes inside private units and common areas of multi-unit housing in the city and county of San Francisco? The policy would be enforced and maintained by the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) in partnership with landlords. SFDPH will take 9 months to one year to develop rules and regulations of enforcement in partnership with community health and housing partners and enforce the policy by January 2028.
