This HERO monster has flip-flopped all over the banlist, but seems to want to chill at 2.

Destiny HERO- Malicious

100

Featured as an exclusive card in the 2020 mega tins, this monster is an untargetable and undestroyable force with non-targeting destruction and a negate built in. Whether you play a Dark Magician deck or a Predaplant engine, people will agree that this is the perfect boss monster

Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon

A searcher for 3 different archetypes: Performapal, Magician, and Odd-Eyes

Blue-Eyes (4 players, 1 ABC, 1 pure, 1 Blue/Red-Eyes, 1 Chaos Guardragon)

This Fusion monster was notorious for being the Tier Zero "Fusion Substitute Zoodiac" deck's enabler. While normally summoned from Instant Fusion, this card was actually summoned the hard way by Zoodiac and was emergency banned in 2017 due to its reborn effect.

Elder Entity Norden

Maximum Crisis introduced this card that dislikes the Main Deck functioning. This Hand Trap can negate any effects of a card that includes adding a card from deck to hand, special summoning from the deck, or sending from the Deck to the GY, and the best part is that it negates EFFECTS and NOT ACTIVATIONS, so using this on a Shaddoll Fusion stops it from being used for a whole turn.

Ash Blossom and Joyous Spring

200

This Pendulum archetype, which debuted in Extreme Force and later recieving support in Cybernetic Horizon, can give negation and other cool effects to Pendulum decks. It is noteworthy that they all have a Pendulum Scale of 4.

Mythical Beast

Utopic Draco Future

Number F0

200

The meta terror that took our format by storm that is an omni negate and can provide a unique way of monster removal.

Cyber Dragon Infinity

300

Banned in October of 2019 for making "Orcust" engines too splashable due to the card "Orcust Knightmare" having "Knightmare" in its name, and its easy summoning condition.

Knightmare Mermaid

300

This Trap, debuting in Flames of Destruction, is considered to be a much better Effect Veiler, being able to negate monster effects and if set, shut off a Spell/Trap zone for a turn. An added bonus is that this Trap can be activated from the hand.

Infinite Impermanence

300

While not really played in Pendulum decks, this former YCS prize card retrain of a classic card from 2004 uses its scale effect to recycle Dragons for the cost of 1000 LP, and it has the typical Chaos summoning requirement of banishing a Light and a Dark, although it can be from Hand OR Face-up Extra Deck

Chaos Emperor, the Dragon of Armageddon

300

Draglubion

Number 97

300
A Rank 4 that can literally steal your cards from your deck

Time Thief Redoer

400

Recently put to 1 in the OCG and 0 in the TCG, this monster could warp all opponent's monsters in their possession into an attribute of choice, stop those monsters from activating their effects, and stop a battle phase from happening. Yes, if it called Dark, you could banish a Frog monster (water) with Allure of Darkness

True King of All Calamities

400

Savage Strike brought in this monster that can special summon itself if there is a Link monster on the field as a quick effect, and then allows you to draw cards and fix your hand on summon. It also has a bonus targeting negate, and being a Dragon, it is searchable off of Starliege Seyfert discarding a Level 7

Fantastical Dragon Phantazmay

400

This card was the ace monster of a character in the Arc-V anime, in an archetype full of clowns. This Magician took 2 spellcasters as Xyz material but could give a second attack and remove a monster. Bonus: it gets a clown from the deck if destroyed

Performage Trapeze Magician

400

Shock Master

Number 16

400

A monster that can banish other monsters and use a unique protection effect to swarm the field if needed

ABC- Dragon Buster

500

Banned in 2005, this ruling nightmare of a Trap Card was partnered with "Jowgen the Spiritualist" to stop the card from fully resolving and for free wins, as long as a player had 1000 LP remaining

Last Turn

500

The most recent of all of these "Stonk" cards, debuting in Phantom Rage, is very similar to Evilswarm Exciton Knight, but instead of destroying, it non-targeting sends everything but itself to the GY. This card is frequently summoned with its alternate summoning condition onto an XYZ monster that can fulfill said condition by attacking directly instead of into another monster, such as Zoodiac Boarbow. It has a bonus effect of being able to recharge itself if an opponent destroys a card on your field by attaching a material from Deck or Extra Deck to it.

Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS- Sky Thunder

500

This card was responsible for the ban of Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom with Pendulum FTK, but also saw play with a "Legendary Planet"

Lyrilusc- Independent Nightingale

Diamond Crab King

Number 52

The reason you cannot just Megafleet the Dragon Link board or Kaiju it with Jizukiru. In tandem with Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy and Koa'ki Meiru Drago or Amorphage Goliath, this bouncy boy can tribute itself to return a card to the hand, rewarding its user with a free dragon from the deck, possibly setting up an un-outable lock for Light and Dark decks or any Extra Deck reliant deck.
