Pretend you are in the yellow zone - you are doing math and it is reallyyyyyyy difficult, so you start messing with others or getting upset with your teacher

Pretend you are in the blue zone - you did not get much sleep last night and your friend does not want to sit next to you today, so you start crying

What is we make unkind and unsafe choices that may cause us to lose friends, get in trouble, get lower grades, feel sad/upset A LOT, etc.?
You are playing football at recess, and you notice that kids are not being kind with their words or their actions

When you are feeling annoyed about something someone said, and you're not really sure if you want to be their friend anymore

Pretend you are in the red zone - someone calls you a mean name for the 100th time today and you just can't handle it anymore
What is get away from that person and let an adult know what is happening so you can take a break?
How we can express our emotions in a healthy way
What is cry, talk to someone, go outside or for a walk, draw or color, write in a journal, let our people know that we need a little extra care today?
You hear your friends using inappropriate language in school or in a group chat and you feel uncomfortable
What is tell your adults at home or at school, leave the group chat, and find people who make you feel comfortable and happy?
When you are feeling sooooooooo silly and goofy that we start yelling out in the classroom and running around because why not
