I am frustrated because I don't understand the math work my teacher has given me? I want to rip my paper up into little pieces.
"ask for help"? I can ask my teacher for help instead of ripping my paper. It's ok that I don't understand because I am still learning!

Blue Zone. In the blue zone I may feel sick, tired, bored, sad etc.

Teacher says plans changed, so you are not going to art instead you are going to gym first. How do you Stop, Think, Do?
Stop and take a deep breath and think of options. I can remind yourself that plans sometimes change. Even though I like art and want to go to art, gym can be fun too. I do go to gym and get to go to art later.

My friend pushes me in line for slide at recess. I push her back!
"Tell her it's not nice to push people" or "Tell an adult"? I can use my words to tell my friend that it's ok to be excited to slide but not ok to push instead of pushing her back.

Stop and breath, what are my choices? Keep looking. Stop looking and take a break. Think back to where you last used it or saw it or ask someone for help. Do decide what is best at keeping you in green zone. Maybe you try a couple of your options.

Mom or Dad say it's time for bed but you are playing your favorite video game and don't want to go to bed. You start to whine, cry and get very angry and upset.
"Listen to your mom or dad is very important, you can ask for extra time but if they say no it is important to follow rules so that you can play again tomorrow".
