What is, The Zurich road hazard tire and wheel contract provides coverage in the event of damage to tires and wheels as a result of road hazards such as metal, nails, glass, debris, potholes and more. What is no.
If the cosmetic damage to the Alloy Wheel cannot be repaired through normal cosmetic repair procedures, the wheel will not be replaced. Service may not be attempted or provided in the event that the certified repair technician determines cosmetic damage to the Alloy Wheel cannot be repaired. Due to aging and variance to the Alloy Wheel color and texture, it is not always possible to match colors or textures to the other Alloy Wheels. Therefore, an exact color or texture match is not guaranteed.

Zurich Shield is a front end add on. What does that mean and is it different from my other products?

I bought winter tires and rims for my car that has a Tire and Wheel contract on it. Am I still covered?
What is, this is tricky (not really). If you keep them in spec yes. The technical verbiage is:
Zurich’s road hazard tire and wheel coverage is for the original set of tires and wheels at the time of purchase and comparable or like replacements purchased during the term of the contract.
These keys are expensive and Key replacement sounds good. How often can I replace a key?
What is once in every 12 month period (doesn't have to be a calendar year but it has to be 12 months).

I love the Zurich Shield product as a sales persona and F&I manager but I have very little faith in my prep department. I don't think they're applying it correctly so I am apprehensive to sell it. The Fox way is to protect our customers which is what I am doing. That's okay, right?
What is no. In a perfect world, application would be perfect everywhere, every time. However, our customers are buying the warranty not the application. Think about a vehicle service contract. The piece of paper the customer gets saying they have one is not what they are buying. They are buying the services that come with it. Zurich Shield is no different. Don't build excuses in your head :)
