ONT on the address is causing the error and escalated ticket to gpon escalation to remove ONT which will allow the order to generate a new TN.

Cancel and reissue the order, when you issue the single line part of the order, after inputting all requested features/LD plans/Directory/TN at “Negotiate Product Configuration” page, - DO NOT click next, instead go back to the general tab before, click apply, and then click next.

Search TN in FMS.  Shift and F8 at the same time.  The LRN will populate on the upper right side of the screen.   You can also click on the F20 at the bottom of the screen

GPON Provisioning Support Tool, Check TN clearance, Click on processing instance to open it in NC, Click on clients name, Go to Purchased Service Tab and remove the GPON Access Instance in Planned Status

Please list 2 scenarios where we must remove bonding?

  • Dropping TBC order that was adding bonding we need to make sure bonded clearance is Non-Working in FMS and port is not active in Porter.
  • Tech was able to install the service on a single loop, we need to make sure bonded clearance is Non-Working in FMS and port is not active in Porter.
  • BT has purged (discontinued) an order that was adding bonding. Keep in mind that BT will not clear FMS.
  • There are no active services at the address, but there is a Working BDL path.

How do you create an OUT order in FMS?

Make sure you are in the correct C.O. in FMS by querying the address(I/MSA). Find the SVC  (fictitious CO code) using MI/MTM. Use PSO option 2 and create order number 'O(SVC)ActualTN' hit enter. Update due date(YYYYMMDD) and Tel # on the first screen, then hit enter. On the next screen delete the red "N" under Disconnect Reqd and the question marks under SEN#, then keep hitting enter until the end.

What is the process to drop a copper FW Winback order?

Check DST is complete. Check PON is confirmed. Check if LRN matches in FMS and SOA. Check SOA is pending or active. Activate if needed.Update the order in FMS to remove the winback hold and then write it off. Continue with regular procedure to drop the order:
