What is 12?

What is Perjury?
The person in charge of the courtroom who makes sure everyone follows the laws and rules, gives instructions to the jury, and makes sure the trial is fair.

The person who represents the State of California, presents evidence against you and tries to prove you are guilty.

You admit the crime but say that you were mentally ill at the time and could not understand right from wrong.
What is Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity?
Questioning of a witness by the party that did not call that witness, eg questioning by the prosecutor of a witness called by the defense.
