Nature is what your genetics make you out to be such as your height, hair color, and eye color. Nurture describes your likes and dislike based on how you grew up such as favorite sports team, favorite place to eat, and favorite videogame. A crossover between the two would be athleticism because you could be tall and strong but not be an athlete.
Describe acute stress and chronic stress and provide an example of each from your life.
Chronic stress would be juggling school work and sports because you have late hours because of practice, and you have homework and studying to do. Acute stress would be having to study for a quiz the next day.

One would be that teenagers are addicted to their cellphones and aren't being interactive with the real world. Another one would be that people set unrealistic standards and people get jealous. Lastly, people gamble on social media which is bad and has people relying on gambling for their income.
Describe a " Nostalgic" experience you have had.
A nostalgic experience I have brings me back to when I was 8. Going into my basement brings good memories. Memories of me playing the xbox with my friends. Spending hours on the game and having the time of my life.
