You are assigned an ancillary title requesting PDF accessibility and are given clean copyedited Word MS. Explain the internal team involvement and processes involved.

1. Word inputs will have to be reviewed for proper formatting and converted to PDF by Production ancillary team.

2. Accessibility team will then assess the PDF and provide you with a page grid if alt text will be required.

3. Initiate alt text authoring, SME review (if requested), and copyediting after having the location confirmed with your CPM.

4. Accessibility team will then ingest the alt text and complete the accessibility conversions.
