1. Select messages on the left side under Communicate tab

How to create a group in ParentSquare?

1. Go to Groups under the Participate tab on left side
2. Then select "New Static Group"
3. Next enter the group information (Display Name, Description, and whether its a public, private, or confidential group)
4. Then add anyone else you wish to be an owner of the group
5. Finally add people you want to be in the group by selecting (Add members by selecting students)

How do you change your voicemail?

1.Log into https://switchvox.westbranch.org/main
2. Select Voicemail Options Under Voicemail/Fax
3. Select "Create Recording"
4. Once created go to Greeting Rules Tab
5. Then select "Create Greeting Rule" and apply the greeting you recorded
