What are the alcohol procedures?
Anyone with smart serve certification. A full glass of wine, beer, or mixed drink is $3.50. Half a glass is $2.00. Mark it in the charge book, and get the resident to sign for it. IF they are not listed on the front page, you need to get them to sign the authorization form first.
Where do the walkers go?
Up the ramp, and in the bistro. We don't want to block the elevator or fire exit. THEY DO NOT go in the private dining room.
